Adaptive Re-Use was Originally built as a movie theater for United Artists. After they left, Camera Theaters ran the facility for several years before closing. The building will be mixed-use of retail, offices, and an indoor miniature golf course.

Renovation: The building is being renovated from he ground up. The Bank of Italy Building is a 14-story, 77.72 m (255.0 ft) Renaissance Revival high-rise built in 1925 in downtown San Jose, California.

The new high rise, called Park Habitat, is an environmentally friendly office and retail complex that will total 1.2 million square feet when completed.

11th St & Santa Clara Street. Projected completed in 2022. The housing complex replaced a one level retailstore fronts.

Little Italy downtown San Jose. A small abandoned home sat on this property. A fire destroyed the home so it was demolished in 2022
