Empire Seven Studios Then & Now

In 2019, Empire Seven Studios in an art gallery in San Jose’s Japantown, was demolished, along with a number of murals that adorned its walls.

The fact that Empire Seven Studios has a new space on the site of the old one is also encouraging, as it shows that the developer is committed to supporting local artists and maintaining a connection to the history of the area.

The new murals by Exmpire Stuido artist  at the apartment complex contribute to a sense of place and community identity, which is crucial for maintaining a strong and vibrant neighborhood.
